The graduates of the first level studies on automatic control and robotics have knowledge of automatic control systems, computer systems, robotics, signal processing, digital logic and microprocessor systems, electronics. They have skills in professional computing equipment and engineering software to design and operate control systems, programmable logic controllers, microcontrollers, industrial computer networks, CNC machine tools, and robots. They can design,implement and operate automatic control and robotic systems for various applications.

specialization: mobile robots
Mobile robotics is one of the most progre­ ssively developing engineering discipline. Thanks to the qualifications gained during the studies in the specialization of mobile robots the graduates are ready to design and operate unmanned road and air vehicles, water, medical and social robots as well as robot toys for various industrial and service applications.

specialization: process automation and computerization
The graduates of the studies in the specializa­ tion of process automation and computerizat­ ion have knowledge of measurement, drive and control systems, industrial networks, supervisory control and data acquisition systems. They have skills to program, implement and operate control and robotic systems consisting of sensors, actuators, controllers, industrial robots, HMI panels, visualization systems for automated pro­ duction lines, process control systems, robotic assembly cells, robotic welding cells etc.

The graduates of the second level studies on automatic control and robotics have extended skills and knowledge of analysis and identificationof controlsystems,dynamics and control of robots and manipulators and design of advanced control systems. They can design artlftclal lntelllgence systems,slgnal and Image processlngsystems,controllers and control algorithms implemented in specialized electronic devices. They can design smart mecha­ nical structures,equip them with measurement, drive and control devices,implement and test them. The graduates are prepared to work in research institutes and industrial companies.

The graduates of the studies in the specialization of industrial control systems have extended knowledge of advanced control systems, decision support systems,automation and robotization systems. They can design, program, implement, test and operate process control systems,lncludlng those systems,whlch operate In a real-time reglme. The acquired skills and knowledge can be used by them to desing new and modemize old process control systems and robotic production lines.

The graduates of the studies In the speclallzatlon of computer systems have extended knowledge of smart and autonomous systems, process automation systems as well as database systems. They can design,program and operate artificial intelligence systems, autonomous systems, industrial computer networks, real-time controllers, databases. They are prepared to design smart mechanical systems. The graduates can be employed as deslgners and programmers of automatlc control systems,speclallzed ldustrlal con­ trollers,industrial computer networks and database applications forthe industry.
